Money Talks podcast: New home, new us (Part 1)

On the day we closed on our new condo, Parker and I hit record.

We were running on just a few hours of sleep — physically exhausted, hungry and more than a little delirious after a whirlwind day of paperwork, packing and moving.

There was also pure excitement.

After everything it took to get here, we finally had the chance to turn the page.

To leave the last chapter behind and create new memories in a place we could truly call home.

Listening back, you can hear the excitement in our voices. You can feel the anticipation of everything that’s still to come.

One month later, I know this wasn’t just about buying a condo but the life Parker and I are continuing to build.

That first night, surrounded by boxes and the remnants of a very long day, we finally got to take in the reality that this was our home.
